A wine from T&D that is new to me, the P&S Reserve Syrah is a gorgeous wine boasting notes of boysenberry preserves, black-peppered charcuterie, and crushed black olives, with hints of tar, brown mushroom, and cinnamon spice to finish things off. Impeccably balanced between the perfect levels of acidity, crunch tannins, and medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, do yourself a favor and try to find a bottle of this. Better in 2024, then enjoy for another decade or more. Highly recommended.
