100% Syrah from Spring Valley Vineyard that was aged for 30 months in French 500 liter puncheons and stainless steel vats. A dark red cherry core with a light pink rim displays beautifully in the glass. Red cherry candy, dried sagebrush, crushed white peppercorn, and some meaty notes present themselves nicely. Tannins are grippy but starting to integrate into the spicy and earthy finish. 500 cases made.
