This outstanding value out of the Reynvann Family is an absolute delight to savor right now. The Reynvann sisters convinced their brother Matt to create this Syrah blend from what he considers to be declassified wine. He then combined it with some other wine from area Walla Walla winemakers. The resultant blend is comprised of 80% Syrah with 15% Cabernet and 5% Viognier. This sat for 12 Months in 30% New and 70% neutral oak barrels. The wine begins with aromas of crushed rock, red cherry, red raspberry, and pomegranate. This leads to rich flavors of red currant. red raspberry, cran-pomegranate and blackberry. Delicious and open style wine that retains some nice Walla Walla rocks terroir. (Best 2016-2025) - February, 2016 (OB)
