The 2013 Cabernet Franc by Dunham is an exciting release from this Walla Walla estate. The wine was sourced from the Double Canyon vineyard, which is a 90 acre property located in the middle of Horse Heaven Hills, just six miles from the Columbia River. This Cab Franc boasts aromatics of red cherry, red raspberry, blueberry compote and hints of coffee grounds. There are deep flavors of blueberry pie, boysenberry preserves and mint. Lovely depth, this is one of the best Washington Cabernet Francs that I've sampled in the past year. (Best 2016-2026) - April, 2016 (OB)
