The 2014 Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of sagebrush, crème de cassis, anise and black olive tapenade. The mouthfeel here is gorgeous, as the wine shows off flavors of crème de cassis, milk chocolate and black cherry compote. Lithe and delicious, this should cellar well for a decade or more.
