The 2015 'The Boss' is a highly compelling blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Franc. This inky colored wine starts off with mocha, anise and black olive tapenade. The palate has wonderful freshness and richness showing mocha, anise, creme de cassis and blackberry jam flavors. Intense and layered, this is a gorgeous effort that should cellar marvelously for years to come.
