This Merlot was sourced from the Pepper Bridge and Les Collines Vinyeyards. Aromatics of Kirsch and nutmeg with milk chocolate all come together in the glass. The palate is plush, showing flavors of shows crème de cassis, mocha, anise and black cherry cordial which persist through the velvety finish.
