CANA’S FEAST Red Wine, Oregon ‘Mountain Cuvée’ 2019

A combination of 40% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot that rests for 22 months in 70% new American oak (50%) and French (20%) oak barrique. Stunning notes of black plum, boysenberry jam, dark chocolate, green bell pepper, sweet cinnamon, and some pink peppercorn combine with cedary herb and new leather flavors. Well balanced, structured, and lovely across the palate, this was my favorite from the tasting. 245 cases produced.
