About 4% of whole cluster was used during fermentation and then aged for 20 months in 40% new French oak barrels, the intoxicating nose explodes with blue plum, black cherry, thyme, dried pine needle, and earthy aromas. Rich and smooth on the palate with blue and black fruit dominating with elevated levels of acidity and rounded, silky tannins finishing the wine. 925 cases were made.
