SUNU Pinot Noir, Oregon ‘Shea West Hill, The Ravine’ 2019

The fruit for this wine comes from The Ravine on the Shea West Hill and delivers mouthwatering acidity, silky smooth tannins, a medium body, and a round delicate mouthfeel. An eye-popping neon ruby core with a pink rim displays beautifully in the glass. Notes of black cherry, blue plum, anise, strawberry fruit leather, crushed peppercorn, dusty country road, and cedary herbs are all present on this yummy Pinot Noir from Sunu. The finish brings a lovely minty and floral aspect which I loved.
