This excellent Chardonnay opens with aromatics of brioche, Pink Lady apple, vanilla cream and hints of nutmeg. There are rich flavors of orchard fruits, banana crème and suggestions of crème brûlée. The wine has a wonderful mouthfeel and lovely viscosity. Overall this is a really nice effort in this vintage. (Best 2017-2025) - March, 2017 (OB)
