The La Belle Promenade vineyard is set in the Chehalem Mountains AVA and is set on Jory and Nekia soils. Aromas of sour red fruits nicely combine with nutmeg, peat moss and forest floor tones on the nose. Similar to the other releases from Flaneur in this vintage, the soft texture of this wine really entices. Flavors of black tea, wild blackberry preserves and shades of orange zest with peat moss all entice. Delicious now, yet should contine to show nicely over the next decade or more.
