ADELSHEIM Pinot Noir, Chehalem Mountains ‘Breaking Ground’ 2019

A medium magenta core with a neon pink rim displays beautifully in the glass. Aromas and flavors of boysenberry, wild huckleberry, pencil shavings, wet clay, toasted anise, cedary herbs, and freshly scraped vanilla seed are all present. Elevated acidity, rounded tannins, and a full body combine with a blue-fruit and earth-driven finish.
