The Silice Vineyard Chardonnay from Bergstrom sees lots of sun exposure which is apparent in the wine. It’s more tropically focused than the others, with aspects of ripe pineapple, dried banana, white pepper, almond skin, and just a smudge of freshly struck matchstick. Round and plush on the palate, it finishes fruit forward with incredible minerality. Just 50 cases made.
