LINGUA FRANCA Pinot Noir, Eola Amity Hills 'Estate' 2016

The Lingua Estate Vineyard is located in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, set on Jory and Nekia soils. The nose is beautifully perfumed following a one hour decant. Red cherry preserves, peat moss, wet stone and pomegranate seed aromas mark the nose. The tension really drives this medium-bodied, sexy Pinot Noir. Red fruits clash with citrus rind and earthy undertones on the palate. Delicious and improving considerably with a decant, this gorgeous bottling is one for the cellar.
