The Nicohlas Vineyard is located in the Chehalem Mountains and is planted to largely Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This starts off with brioche, hazelnut and vanilla cream aromatics. The texture is lovely as the wine shows off creme brulee, Meyer lemon vanilla cream and ripe pineapple flavors that connect with some good tension. Enjoy this excellent bottling in the short-term.
