The 2016 Summit Estate Chardonnay utilizes Dijon clones 76 and 95. The wine begins with aromas of toasty oak, vanilla crème brûlée and Meyer lemon zest. The texture and mouthfeel to this wine is lovely, as the wine continue to show characteristics of Meyer lemon, vanilla cream, butterscotch, and nice salinity through the finish.
