The 2017 'Truffle Hill' Chardonnay starts off with a bright bouquet of kumquat, wild mushroom and peat moss on the nose. The palate shows a nice texture, as the wine glides through the mid-palate. The freshness to this wine, as well as concentration quite notable, driven by flavors of lemon cream, baked apple and wet stones.
