Crafted from Pinot Noir clones Dijon 777 and Pommard, the 2018 Fairsing Vineyard Rosé starts off with bright strawberry, rose water and citrus rind aromatics. The palate unveils a silky texture that exudes class. Strawberries and cream, kumquat and cantaloupe flavors all collide on the palate. Delicious now, but should cellar nicely over the next five years.
