The 2016 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir was largely stored in used oak (30%) prior to botlting. The nose is quite intense with heady dark fruit aromas and earthy undertones. The texture to this wine is noteworthy, as decadent dark fruit flavors connect with the brilliant sense of minerality. Delicious now, however this should also offer a drinking window that spans close to a decade.
