Sourced from a host of Willamette Valley vineyards, the 'Cahiers' Riesling absolutely fantastic. This starts off showing aromas of green apple with petrol and sweetened melon that build in the glass. The palate reveals a lovely touch of sweetness, with candied ginger, melon and bright pear flavors laced with lovely mineral streak. Bright and utterly delicious now, this beautiful wine will continue to evolve over the next decade.
