The 2016 Orchard Fold Vineyrad Riesling from Brooks is a spectacular effort from this warm vintage in the Willamette Valley. The nose shows good green apple and stony character with suggestions of wild mushroom and kiwi that connect. Made in a dry style, with just a subtle hint of sweetness, the palate reveals wonderful energy and verve with lighter citrus rind and green apple and hints of ginger which continue to leaving a lasting impression.
