The 2017 'Ara' Riesling is another outstanding effort from Brooks. Made in a dry style, this shows wonderful tension and astringency on the palate with bright pear and green apple flavors, which are laced with lovely earthy undertones as it finished with a great sense of minerality. Drinking marvelously now, this should also continue to show well with some additional bottle age.
