Aromatically beautiful, the 2015 'Truffle Hill' opens with an exotic nose of white pepper, peat moss, cherry and suggestions of baking spices. The palate shows good astringency with bright red fruits that connect with the strong citrus rind and earthy undertones. The long, near minute-long finish lingers marvelously on the palate.
