Rich and wonderfully textured, the 2017 ‘Cuvee Constantin’ shows Meyer lemon zest with vanilla cream and shades of freshly baked sourdough bread that all collect on the nose. The palate shows plenty of mouth-watering acidity that combine with the lemon zest and Challah bread flavors that linger through the finish. While this is beautiful in its youth, it should also offer a decade long drinking window.
