GOODFELLOW Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 'Heritage No. 8' 2016

The 2016 Goodfellow Family Cellars ‘Heritage No. 8’ Pinot Noir is a fantastic new single clone Pinot Noir by the talented Marcus Goodfellow. The aromatic range is enticing from umami to red currant and shades of damp earth with black fruits that all mingle in the glass. The silky texture really impress here as the wine leads with red and dark fruits that collect momentum with the earthy undertones. Complex and expressive in its youth, this will only improve with some bottle age.
