A nice value, the 2016 Chris James Pinot Noir was aged for 16 months in 20% new French Oak prior to bottling. While quite forward, aromatically, the palate has a really nice combination of a soft texture and bright acidity. Dark and red fruits connect with the minerals on the palate and linger on the finish.
