Sourced from this esteemed vineyard in the McMinnville AVA, the Hyland Vineyard Chardonnay opens with pretty aromas of Meyer lemon oil, dancing with shades of wet stone and nutmeg infused sourdough bread that all mingle together on the nose. The palate is plush, showing an enticing mouthfeel and wonderful texture. Bright Gala Apple and salted praline with vanilla cream flavors all come together marvelously on the palate. The finish is long and rich underlined by lovely minerality.
