Sourced from the esteemed ‘Freedom Hill Vineyard’ which was first planted in 1998, the Chardonnay opens with lovely vanilla bean and toasty oak with lemon cream and suggestions of wild mushroom that all take shape in the glass. The freshness and brightness of the wine truly sing, as does the gobs of lip-smacking acidity. Delightful now, this beautiful wine will evolve well for a decade.
