Another lovely Chardonnay from Resonance that spends 16 months in 30% new French oak with ⅓ of the wine aging in concrete egg. Fresh and lively on the nose with characteristics of green apple, honeydew melon, freshly cut hay, lime pitch, clove, and a hint of brioche. It presents racy, mouthwatering acidity, a medium body, and a lengthy herbaceous finish. Needs about 15 minutes in the glass to fully open up but after that, you are in for a treat. 414 cases produced.
