A wonderful Chardonnay for the price point that spends 7 months in 20% new French oak and 4 months in tank, it explodes from the glass with aromas of yellow pear, lemon curd, grilled pineapple, and hints of freshly struck flint. Mouthwatering acidity, medium body, and a finish that goes on for ages make you come back for more. It has this wonderful herbal character on the back palate that made the wine more interesting than I imagined it would be. 980 cases produced.
