A blend of 54% Pinot Grigio, 31% Chardonnay, 12% Traminer, and 3% Moscato that starts with notes of ripe pear, red apple, white flower potpourri, dried banana, yeasty dough, and some lovely dried poultry herb notes. The Chardonnay is fermented and aged in amphora. The palate has medium-high levels of acidity, a medium mouthfeel, and a lovely fruit-forward finish. About 349 cases produced.
