<div class="uk-panel uk-panel-box uk-panel-box-secondary">A lovely mélange of 64% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 1% Pinot Blanc, grown on volcanic and sedimentary soils, spends 30 months on tirage. It’s made with grapes from five different vineyards and is very much a treat in the mouth. Green apple, yellow pear, and a hint of kiwi fruit are followed by notes of brioche and sweet cinnamon. The mousse is delicate while the acidity is elevated yet balanced. Just 194 cases produced.</div>
