SUZOR WINES Chardonnay, Van Duzer Corridor ‘Sunflower’ 2019

<div class="uk-panel uk-panel-box uk-panel-box-secondary">Maybe it’s just the suggestion after seeing the name of the wine, but I honestly feel the 2019 Sunflower Chardonnay opens with aromas of toasted sunflower seed and yellow wildflower in the glass. It spends 12 months élevage in 20% new French oak giving it some rounded body and notes of sweet clove, alongside fruit flavors of honey-coated yellow peach, apricot flesh, and dried thyme. Very well balanced, it’s a mouthwatering treat where you can’t go wrong for only $30. 124 cases made. </div>
