TRISAETUM Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Estate Reserve’ 2019

All estate fruit comes from a blend of all three vineyards, of which select favorite barrels are chosen for the Estate Reserve. 78% whole cluster is used during fermentation, and it rests in about 28% new French oak. It showcases a stunning neon ruby core with a silver rim in the glass. Opening with blueberry, wild huckleberry, rhubarb, pencil shavings, ground pink peppercorn, and some baking chocolate tones, it delivers ample acidity, rounded tannins, and an orange pith and herbaceous finish on the back palate. Just 423 cases produced.
