LEMELSON Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Thea’s Selection’ 2019

A certified organic wine that comes from all seven of the vineyards around the Willamette Valley, the 2019 Thea’s Selection ages for 15 months in about 25% new French oak barrels. Opening with notes of blueberry gum, red cherry, dried red rose, powdered graphite, and toasted tree nuts, it’s a very well-made and balanced wine that should age well for the next decade. Give it a year or two in the bottle before opening it to let everything meld together. 7,360 cases were produced.
