The 2018 Enchanter rests for 16 months in 25% new French oak barrels and boasts notes of cinnamon sugar toast, luscious pear, yellow apple, white mushroom, and citrusy herbs. Juicy acidity, lovely minerality, and a fuller body mouthfeel are all present on the palate. Only 175 cases made.
