This charming Rosé of Pinot Noir from Adelsheim is fermented completely dry, aged in about 18% neutral oak (with the rest being aged in stainless steel), and boasts notes of wild strawberry, lemon-lime scented water, ripe yellow peach, vanilla bean, and dried mountain herbs. It displays a gorgeous salmon pink color in the glass, possesses racy acidity, a lovely texture, and an absolutely delicious fruit-driven finish that goes for ages. 3200 cases were produced.
