Dark ruby core with a neon red rim, the big and boisterous 2018 Temperance Hill Pinot Noir from St Innocent boasts aspects of boysenberry jam, spiced blue plum, mushroom powder, fresh violet petal, graphite, dried mint, sassafrass, and sweet baking spice. Lush and decadent on the palate with juicy blue and dark fruits, combined with sweet clove and wet autumn leaves, dance across the tongue. Its complex, earthy, fruity, and spicy all at the same time - a lovely combination. 1021 cases were made.
