An off-dry style of Gewurztraminer that comes from old vines planted in 1979 and is aged in 30% new French oak barrels for 10 months. A stunning nose of fresh flower bouquets, ginger candy, ripe apricot, and underripe papaya fill the glass. Oily and rich on the palate, it delivers just enough acidity to balance out the floral notes of the wine. Drink this with some spicy Thai food and be richly rewarded. 475 cases produced.
