Produced to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Brooks Estate vineyards. Hand sorted and 100% destemmed, the fruit for the Red Letter comes from the Brooks Estate, Willakenzie, and the Momtazi vineyards and rests for 18 months in French oak barrels. Baked red Bing cherry, Asian five spice, cedar herbs, scorched earth, brown mushroom, cherry cordial, and red rose petals merge in the glass. Tannins are grippy, acidity leans on the high side, and it has a nice full body and wonderful structure. 400 cases were crafted.
