STRANGELAND Rosé, Eola-Amity 2019 Showcasing a light pink salmon color in the glass, it’s very reductive on the start. You need to give it 20 minutes or so for it to settle, and then you are treated with notes of white grapefruit, red raspberry essence, lime zest, peach candy, and crushed volcanic rock. Saignée to stainless steel during fermentation, the mouthwatering acidity, and lovely fruit-driven finish complete the wine. Just a touch of RS, but the acidity balances it out nicely. Only 135 cases produced.
