STRANGELAND Pinot Gris, Eola-Amity 2021 Aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels, I’m always shocked by the color that Pinot Gris can present in a wine. It’s displays a medium raspberry colored core with a brickish rim and boasts notes of pink grapefruit, white chocolate-covered raspberry, white peach, and a hint of watermelon rind. The palate brings high acidity, a medium to full body, some slight levels of tannin, and an earthy finish. Just 102 cases made.
