DOBBES FAMILY ESTATE Chardonnay, Willamette Valley ‘Grand Assemblage’ 2021

Aged in 50% French oak with 25% being new, and the other half in stainless steel, it’s very tropical on the nose with aromas of fresh pineapple, fresh banana, lemon zest, and toasted almond paste. The palate gifts flavors of honey-coated pear, toasted tree nuts, dried mountain sage, and a splash of lemony herbs with a rich and creamy mouthfeel finishing things off. 400 cases produced.
