Aged in neutral French oak puncheons, stainless steel, and concrete to give this Pinot Gris some added strength and body, it’s a beautiful specimen on the nose with lovely aromas of freshly cut pear, dried sage, autumn leaves, and citrusy herbs. Round and plush in the mouth but still showing excellent acidity, it dances across the tongue and finishes dry and long.
