The 2019 Nuthouse is a completely different animal than the 2020, with a slight petrol aroma jumping from the glass. Notes of freshly cut apricot, honeydew melon, walnut shell, and juicy lime are all present. It’s slightly more sweet than the 2020, giving it a rounder and richer mouthfeel, with a medium to high level of acidity. Pair this with spicy Thai food.
