A lively, highly acidic Viognier from Cristom, the Louise is picked early in order to bring those higher levels of acidity and structure. Aged in concrete egg and neutral oak French barrel, it gifts notes of fresh red pear and green honeydew melon with a touch of freshly struck flint and white truffle, finishing things off. 1300 cases produced.
