My favorite of the Pinot Noirs from 2019 Cristom releases, the Canary Hill is perfectly structured and balanced and shows no rough edges. It’s one of those wines where you want to sit and experience the nose for lengthy periods of time. Red and black cherry, blood orange zest, lemongrass, pencil shavings, and Earl Gray tea notes combine gracefully in the glass. Acidity is in check, alongside the silky tannins delivering a velvety rounded finish. 120 cases produced. Highly recommended.
