Fruit predominantly coming from Eola-Hills grapes it features wonderful notes of juicy lemon and lime, dried mango, dried thyme, and wet crushed stone. Much richer on the palate than the nose with flavors of dried pineapple, red pear, and just a touch of flint. It’s medium in body and has just enough new oak at 15% to give it a rounded and textured finish. Just 350 cases produced.
