A much richer and darker fruited effort than the 2017 vintage before it. Lots of crunchy dark cherry and wild strawberry fruits, as well as notes of lavender, bay leaf, and forest floor all emerge from this lovely Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied, structured, and sweetly fruited, it’s a lovely wine that should age gracefully for the next 8 years or more.
